Before starting her own company in 1999, she worked in the graphics department of a nutritional supplement manufacturer where she began as an entry-level employee and worked her way up to managing the company's graphics department. Lily moved to the Phoenix metropolitan area in 1999 where she started Henson Designs, designing printed materials and Web sites for clients both in Arizona and across the country.
